Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing and sales tax, and processes refunds.
What the limits mean
- Images per batch — how many images you can add at once to the compressor on the homepage and to each spec tool. Free: 20. Pro and the 7-Day Pass: 200.
- File size — the largest single file each of those tools accepts. Free: 5 MB. Pro and the 7-Day Pass: 20 MB.
- Multi-platform image export — up to 50 source images per run with Pro or the 7-Day Pass. Each source image becomes one file per platform preset you tick, and all of it is built in your browser's memory, so this tool has a lower cap than the others. Without Pro its spec tables stay readable.
- No account. After checkout you receive an activation key. It switches Pro on in the browser where you enter it; enter it again in any other browser you use. The key is for your own use, so please don't share it publicly.

Manage or cancel your subscription
Every email Paddle sends you about your purchase or subscription includes a link to Paddle's customer portal, where you can update your payment method or cancel. You can also email support@imagespeckit.com and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The 7-Day Pass is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
